Jay Allardyce, VP and COO of HP Software
Background: Jay received his MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and at graduation received the Dean’s Leadership Award (awarded to top 3 graduates). Before becoming Vice President, Strategy and Operations at HP Software, he was Senior Director of Strategic Business Development for HP Vertica. HP Vertica is a partner program focused across SI’s, boutiques and the technology ecosystem.
Jay has driven large scale projects at HP and has consistently displayed a ‘get it done attitude’. In his clean tech incubation role at HP, he has recognized the opportunity to partner with the startup community partnering to accelerate innovation.
Company: HP Software is the Enterprise software division of information technology company Hewlett-Packard (HP). HP Software sells three categories of software: IT performance management, IT management software and information management software. HP Software also provides consulting, Software as a service, cloud computing solutions, education and support services.
