FN Fund backs pre-seed and seed stage rounds with a check size range of $25k-$250k. 

Yes – FN Fund only backs founders who are members of Founders Network, an invitation-only community of global tech founders who are committed to peer mentorship. You can learn more about Founders Network and request an invitation for membership here.

Membership in Founders Network is restricted to full-time tech founders, and is by invitation only. You can learn more about Founders Network and request an invitation for membership here. If you qualify for membership, you will be nominated by a member and invited to submit an application to the membership committee (including membership fees). Applications are reviewed and new member cohorts are onboarded monthly.

Membership in Founders Network is not a guarantee of funding through FN Fund. Generally FN Fund green-lights and backs founders who have been members of Founders Network for at least one year. 

Members of Founders Network who are enrolled in the Active Fundraisers Program are invited to submit regular reports to the investment committee. (These reports are also screened by investor affiliates of Founders Network.) The investment committee chooses up to 4 companies per month to submit a prospectus for potential backing based on these regular reports.

There is no cost to pitch to FN Fund. However, FN Fund only backs members of Founders Network – a community of founders of every stage offering peer mentorship, VC mentorship and courses designed to help you become fundable. Membership in Founders Network requires payment of a yearly membership fee which provides access to accelerator-grade discounts that can more than offset the investment in membership. No. FN Fund supports founders with additional funding and peer mentorship. We do not lead or take board seats.

You will be invited to submit a prospectus. Based on your prospectus and due diligence performed by the FN Fund General Partner and investment committee, a funding decision will be made.
