As a startup founder seeking advice, you want to surround yourself with people who know your industry. After all, one founder’s Fashion industry discussion can be noise to a founder in Clean Tech. But it takes time to discover, connect and establish relationships with industry peers –time you shouldn’t be wasting.
After several months in development, we’re excited to officially announce Founders Network Sector Groups aka fnSectors. Our community of over 500 members is now organized into 15 new fnSectors, each chaired by a founder chosen for their expertise and commitment to leading sector-specific peer mentorship. Chairs (listed below) include 500 Startups grad Cynthia Schames of AbbeyPost, who is heading up the Fashion Tech fnSector and young entrepreneur Tyler Dikman of Loungebuddy, who is leading the Travel fnSector. Members can now easily connect through a dedicated sector forum on our Online Mentorship Platform and participate in focused conversations around fundraising, recruiting, growth and exits.

fnSectors are already unlocking deeper conversations around the nuances of commercializing our founders’ specific technologies. We invite our members to join the conversations happening in their sectors and look forward to the success that they achieve through these resources.
Our team is constantly looking for ways to connect and support our members! To access FN’s many benefits, including our new fnSectors, learn about our approval process here.
