Hyderabad Startup Community

Founders Network is a peer mentorship community of 600+ vetted tech founders in cities around the world. Founders in Hyderabad join the full program from their first week: weekly peer roundtables, live sessions with experienced operators, the member forums, and introductions to founders and investors in any city.

Members in Hyderabad start in our Virtual chapter. A local chapter opens once enough founders here join.

Start the Hyderabad chapter

Every Founders Network chapter began with a few members who wanted to meet in person. When enough Hyderabad members join, we start local dinners and roundtables led by volunteer members. Members who want to lead it can apply here.

The Hyderabad startup scene

Hyderabad is where global companies build their engineering teams in India. A 2026 FICCI-Anarock report counts about 515 global capability centers in the city, employing more than 300,000 people, with more than 70 added in FY25.

Startup Genome puts the startup ecosystem's value at $7 billion. Inc42 counts $287 million raised across 32 deals in 2025 and more than $226 million across 22 deals in the first half of 2026. Since 2014, the city's startups have raised $3.3 billion across 416 rounds.

T-Hub, the state-backed incubator, has supported more than 2,000 startups that have raised $2.5 billion, YourStory reported in 2024.

Founders Network in Hyderabad

Founders Network started in San Francisco in 2011. Members are founders of tech startups, from a first company to serial founders who have exited, and each one is nominated and approved.

Most of the program runs online, so it works the same from Hyderabad as from San Francisco. Members bring a hiring, fundraising or product problem to a facilitated roundtable of peers, ask the forums, and get introduced one-on-one to members who have solved it. Each year they meet in person at fnIRL in San Francisco and at fnSummit. The Virtual chapter has its own leadership team and online events, so Hyderabad members have a peer group from day one.
