CleanTech Founders Initiative

I’m a technical founder and CEO. Mathematics was my first love; engineering is what I built with. I trained in mathematics and electrical engineering, and spent the years around that inside startups in software, wireless, alternative fuels, and energy. I founded Awesense to help solve the primary energy challenges and make energy more accessible and cheaper by giving utilities a digital twin of the grid — a shared data foundation they can use to find and fix problems, not another locked-in application. I’m also the Co-Chair of the BCTECH Sustainability Council (formerly Climate Council). I bring the view of a technical founder selling enterprise software, cloud, and hardware to high-stakes buyers, and I’m looking for peers who will be honest about the growth-phase stretch — I’ll be the same.

I'm an environmental tech innovator and seasoned IT executive, driven by a mission to harness technology for a sustainable future. With a strong foundation in data operations, strategy, and analytics, I've successfully led major data initiatives, including enterprise data architecture, governance, and migration, in complex organizations.
