About the Speaker
Felix Navas is the Director of Operations at Designli, where he oversees the company’s entire delivery engine across design, engineering, and product execution. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that the right people, processes, and quality standards are in place for teams to consistently deliver high-quality software products to founders and growing technology companies.
Felix works closely with Designli’s leadership, product teams, and engineering organization to maintain operational excellence across dozens of concurrent projects. He focuses on building strong development teams, refining internal processes, and ensuring that projects move from concept to production with clarity, discipline, and predictable outcomes. His experience spans complex product launches, technical decision-making, and scaling delivery systems that support both rapid innovation and long-term product stability.
As AI-assisted development continues to reshape how software is built, Felix also helps guide how teams responsibly adopt new tools while maintaining the engineering rigor required for secure, scalable products. His work centers on one core objective: building a delivery organization capable of turning ambitious product ideas into reliable, production-ready software.
