Raman Chadha

Raman Chadha believes that leadership is the most important responsibility of any founder’s job description. He also believes, based on personal experience, that we have an unlimited capacity to grow as leaders yet few of us know how to tap into that capacity.

Raman is a Founder and Managing Partner of The Junto Institute, whose mission is to help companies and their leaders become infinitely better, smarter, and healthier. Through structured and designed leadership development programs built on deep mentorship and emotional intelligence, Junto helps companies develop into next-stage firms with the right people and infrastructure, and founders grow into next-stage leaders with the right skills and experience.

Prior to Junto, Raman was founding director of a university entrepreneurship center where he was also on faculty. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Illinois at Champaign.

"The number one advantage is the law of compound interest. The longer you stay in a very high-quality network the strong and more authentic relationships you build."
Chaitanya Vaidya
