According to reports, 46 percent of job seekers cite company culture as very important when choosing to apply to a company. And poor company culture can lead someone to leave a job as well. According to the reports, 47 percent of active job seekers cite company culture as their driving reason for looking for work.
Employers feel similarly. More than 90 percent of managers in the United States say a candidate’s alignment with the company culture is equal to or more important than skills and experience.
