We have all been using ‘lean startup’ methods o a greater or lesser extent in recent years, but the Startup Launch Assistance Map (SLAM) methodology development by Dr Jon Warner both extends the broad principles and makes it easier for early-stage companies to help validate their startup and become more investable.
Serial entrepreneur & investor Jon Warner shares SLAM: Startup Launch Assistance Map for a step-by-step way to validate your startup vision and execute flawlessly.
