Background: Prior to Hillary taking on the role of Talent Manager at Charles River Ventures, Hillary was the Online Sales and Operations Manager at Google and helped recruit top talent. She then went on to work for facebook where she was the Global Training Manager for Online Operations and the Programs Manager for People Operations. She holds a degree in Retail and Consumer Studies from the University of Arizona.
