CITY ICONS

Los Angeles Startups
& Startup Resources

Los Angeles Startup Mentor Programs

Los Angeles is the second largest city in terms on population in the U.S. and boasts the third largest startup ecosystem according to the Startup Genome Project (2018). Home to the aptly named Silicon Beach, the Los Angeles tech scene recently surpassed Silicon Valley with the largest number of gaming startups in the country. The LA tech scene is supported by leading VCs like Mucker Capital and benefited from the success of a number of major companies like Snapchat and nearby SpaceX.

Just like LAX, Founders Network aims to connect LA to the rest of the world. We utilize our mentorship program to provide Founders and their startups with a global network of resources and support. Founders Network provides peer to peer mentoring for our members along with access to critical startup resources.

This is the best professional network I’ve seen. The community is open, honest, encouraging and practical. While founders might hesitate to ask certain questions elsewhere that might betray “weakness” or doubt, FN lets me take advantage of the fact that everyone here has either gone through these things, or will do so.

Jamie Smyth
Founder of The Smyth Group

Joining Founders Network was like being reintroduced to my best friends from High School and College. The Founders Network team has created this amazing tribe of people with whom I have kinship, and whose purpose is to help and be helped by people like me…. finding a long searched for brotherhood of startup founders.

Johannes Waldstein
Founder of FanAI

FN meet-ups mean real, honest, and vulnerable discussions with other entrepreneurs. The ability to engage and ask questions in a more intimate format is something I find unique to FN. Love this incredible network of high caliber founders.

Founder of BitMob AI
Local Leadership Team

Each Founders Network Chapter has an appointed Chapter Leadership Team. Made up of founders who have chosen to volunteer their time, they are on deck to give advice, facilitate events, and lead the growth of the Chapter.
