Customer support means something different today than it did 20 years ago. With the rise of “broad CX,” customer support is no longer a siloed part of business focused on reacting to customer problems.
Thanks to the required scrappiness of the startup world, customer experience means so much more. CX professionals wear many hats and intersect with sales and marketing teams in curating a positive customer experience.
That’s what Freshworks Colin Crowley has learned after working more than 15 years in the customer support space.
“CX professionals have a more intimate understanding of what customers need, and customers are getting a more thoughtful experience,” Crowley says.
As a result, you see more company executives and CEOs rise from the customer experience vertical.
On Dec. 8, Crowley will host a webinar for Founders Network members where he will discuss trends in customer experience and strategies for building a positive customer experience of your company.
In his webinar, Crowley will discuss:
