Daniel Solomon knows about fast growth. He went from a core four-person team that quickly grew into ten and soon after that twenty-three. But as a serial entrepreneur, Daniel Solomon is continually asking, how do you scale that growth with the ability to stay lean? It’s not just for his own companies.
As the CEO and Principal Product Delivery Advisor of EROE, Solomon has overseen the delivery of UX services to many Fortune 500 companies including Toyota, Lexus, Virgin Mobile and many more. The lessons which are afforded by operating with a Lean UX model are many, both for the founder just starting out, as well as the more seasoned founder with several startups under their belt.
