The Lean Canvas depicts a 1-page actionable and entrepreneur-focused business plan. It focuses on problems, solutions, key metrics and competitive advantages. These focus areas can be directly put into your investor Pitch Deck to tell your story with more concisely, with less risk, and more confidence.
Dr. Brian K. Gladden is the founder and CEO of The Strategy & Innovation Institute (SI2); a management-consulting firm that helps executives innovate and grow their companies through proven strategy methods. Si2 helps firms create strategic plans and shift their perspective to find new customers, and compete more effectively in current markets. He has a Doctorate in Business Strategy & Innovation, and is an expert in Blue Ocean Strategy, Business Model Canvas, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup methods.
He is also the Entrepreneur in Residence for the Sac State Carlsen Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, an SBDC consultant, and a certified speaker for Vistage CEO groups. He lives in Rocklin and has 30 yrs in sales/business development/strategy. Brian has experience with many of the most innovative companies in the World such as Verizon, Sprint, Cisco, Intel, and more. He has been involved in Rotary Intl. for 37 years, and is on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Regional Family Justice Center.
