According to a report by CB Insights, nearly half of the startups that failed in 2022 did so because of a lack of financing. About the Speakers:
David Santana is an experienced startup community builder supporting founders of all stages and connecting them to mentors, peers, and ecosystem partners. He currently manages Vouch’s Accelerator and Incubator partner relationships. Prior to his role at Vouch, he worked with co-working space Galvanize, and AWS, to create and nurture in-person founder communities through different startup programs. In his free time, David volunteers with the non-profit StartOut to empower LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs and investors through the curation of inclusive events and community engagements.
Joyce Calixto is a licensed Insurance Advisor Team Lead at Vouch with over 8 years of commercial experience. She plays a crucial role in simplifying the insurance journey, fostering a collaborative and informed approach to risk management.
