Join us on Nov. 26 for a keynote presentation featuring Henri Moissinac, the co-founder and CEO of Tier Dott, a leading European micro-mobility company. With a wealth of experience in tech startups in Silicon Valley and Europe among which as an early employee of eBay, Facebook and Uber, Henri will share some personal experiences with identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends.

We will discuss how timing, strategy, and execution can transform a promising idea into a thriving business. We will explore the concept of “orthogonal innovation”: strategies he witnessed for differentiating and innovating in crowded markets, demonstrating how a unique approach can set your business apart and drive growth.

We will also discuss insights into the founder mindset, learning from the founders he worked for and his own experience as a founder too: challenges and rewards of building a successful startup, offering practical advice on managing stress, persevering through adversity, and maintaining a positive outlook.

Opening Remarks @ 9:30am PT

Join us for opening remarks with Dina Fattom, Member Success Manager at Founders Network, to get the latest updates from the Network and opportunities for getting involved.

Keynote Speaker @ 9:40am PT

Henri Moissinac is the co-founder and CEO at Dott, which he created in August 2018 with the vision to become a leader in micro-mobility in Europe. As of January 2024, Tier &Dott, two leading European scooter- and bike-sharing services, have merged together.

Prior to founding Dott, Henri was the Head of Business Europe at Ofo and previously led Mobile Business Development at Uber for EMEA. Henri spent 6 years with Facebook, where he led mobile partnerships across the world and helped Facebook grow from just a few mobile users to almost a billion.

Previously, he led eBay mobile and was co-founder and CTO of iBazar, an e-commerce marketplace in Europe and South America, acquired by eBay.

Henri is a graduate of École Normale Supérieure and holds a Phd in Computer Science from Télécom ParisTech.
