January’18 Cohort Meetul Shah, founder and CEO of Marketing Intelligence company DemandMatrix, which was acquired in 2021 by Demandbase. Meetul has built 4 companies in the past, he started creating innovative companies at age 18. but it was his curiosity about marketing, in addition to his gifts at technological innovation, that helped him find his niche. Meetul has been a fn lifetime member since 2018 and recently moved to Austin from California to save on taxes and participate in Austin’s startup culture!

May’21 Cohort Kevin Bradt is the CEO and founder of CasaPerks and has a deep background in property technology, real estate marketing, and loyalty programs on a global scale. As a PropTech pioneer in the late 1990’s, Kevin created a mobile construction inspection application for banks. As a corporate officer and division president for NYSE-listed Choice Hotels international, (NYSE: CHH), he was responsible for a $2.1B in revenues and over 3,000 hotels globally. He co-created and launched choiceADVANTAGE, which is now called SkyTouch Technology and today is the largest hospitality PMS in the world, with over 6,000 properties on the platform. In addition, he rolled out Choice Privileges, one of the most successful loyalty programs in the world, to over 1,200 hotels internationally.
Kevin also has deep experience in the multifamily sector, being the CEO of the United States operations and Chief Marketing Officer for Campus Living Villages, one of the largest student housing companies in the world. This $2B investment fund had high-quality assets at over 50 top-tier universities across the world. As the CEO of the United States REIT, he led the $0.5B asset portfolio to record financial results.
