SUMMARY:Beyond ChatGPT: How to Accelerate Startup Growth with GPT-4
DESCRIPTION:In a webinar sponsored by fnLA Chapter\, Adrian Garcia will share his tips for using GPT 4 to increase your productivity as a founder. \n\n\nAs a startup founder\, you know that success often hinges on finding innovative solutions to complex problems. And while you’ve likely heard about artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential for revolutionizing various industries\, you might be wondering how you can leverage this technology to accelerate startup growth. \nTech startup founders are increasingly turning to AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline their operations\, with more and more use cases emerging everyday. But it’s the newest version\, GPT-4\, that has startup founders buzzing with excitement. \n“AI alone could not have landed humans on the moon\,” says Adrian Garcia\, a 10x founder who has been watching advancements in AI. “It took people who understood how to manipulate physics and the world around them to break boundaries and achieve things no one thought possible. This is a quintessentially human experience and I believe AI won’t be able to replicate it until it gains sentience. \n“However\, with GPT-4\, we have a groundbreaking tool at our disposal that can magnify our capabilities as founders exponentially.” \nGarcia is an engineering Ph.D.\, inventor\, founder and CEO of FynCom\, a digital marketing solution. In a webinar for Founders Network\, sponsored by the fnLA Chapter\, on May 25\, he’ll share his tips for using GPT 4 to increase your productivity as a founder. \n“I was initially both skeptical and bored by AI until I discovered ChatGPT’s latest tool: GPT-4\,” Garcia says. “It’s turned me into a 10x founder.” \nAdrian’s workshop will cover: \n\nWorking examples of how Adrian has used GPT-4 to become a 10x founder\nHow to operate GPT-4 on your laptops/phone/desktop etc.\nHow to set yourself up for success with productivity management tools\nHow to setup and run AutoGPT and “smart agents”\n\n  \nAbout the speaker: \nAdrian Garcia is a technical founder. He builds software products/features everyday\, using ChatGPT as his “software engineer” friend. \n  \nComplimentary Ticket:\nAre you a full-time tech founder? Be our guest! We’re making our events available to tech founders everywhere. Enjoy a complimentary ticket to come learn from fellow tech founders\, partners and investors. SUMMARY:How to Fundraise in Uncertain Economic Times with Matt Lyons
DESCRIPTION:On Sept. 27\, Lyons will host a webinar for Founders Network members where he will discuss how to fundraise in uncertain financial times.\n\n\n  \nWhile job growth remains relatively strong\, economists have been speculating about an impending recession since the beginning of the year. In fact\, June was the worst first half of a year for the stock market since 1970. With the fastest inflation in decades and rising interest rates\, many are tightening their belts\, unsure of what comes next for the economy. \nFor startup founders trying to fundraise\, the economic climate means funding might be harder to come by. They may see that investors have a smaller appetite for infusing capital into high-risk early-stage companies. Austin-based corporate attorney Matt Lyons has seen startups and investors through decades of economic cycles\, and he’s identified what helps founders weather these kinds of financial storms. \nLyons is a corporate partner in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati\, where he focuses on representing emerging companies and their investors. On Sept. 27\, Lyons will host a webinar for Founders Network members where he will discuss how to fundraise in uncertain financial times. \nIn this webinar\, Lyons will cover: \n\nHow to get creative with bootstrapping\nWhy you should focus on hiring during tough times\nHow to extend your runway by evaluating your budget\n\n  \nAbout the Speaker: \nJ.
