About Founders Network

Founded in 2011, Founders Network offers lifelong peer mentorship to over 600 tech startup founders globally. Our platform, programs and high-touch service facilitate authentic experience sharing, warm introductions and long-term professional relationships. Additional benefits include over $500k in startup discounts and promotion to 2,000 newsletter readers. Members are located in San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Toronto, London and other tech hubs. Each month our Membership Committee admits a new cohort of full-time tech founders who are nominated by an existing member. Learn more about our company history.

Our Community Values

Sharing honestly about the challenges we face enables others to better help.

Sharing our experience and connections creates more value for everyone.

Asking for help is a core competency of successful founders.

Inclusion and diversity create greater perspective and better decisions.

Lifelong Success Through Peer Mentorship

Through several Silicon Valley booms and busts, I witnessed firsthand the ups and downs of founderhood.  Creating something new could be rewarding -- but also painstakingly slow -- with many hidden risks to both startup success and founder wellbeing.

Clearly, the tech startup ecosystem was missing a vital service.  So in 2011, we launched Founders Network. Today over 600 tech founders share our vision of lifelong success through peer mentorship. Remarkably, they also share experience daily to solve problems, save time and navigate the journey to success.

It's humbling and inspiring to see our members' contributions and achievements. As we expand to 25 cities globally, we'll be looking for more great founders to make their contributions to FN.  If you'd like to see if you qualify, please request an invite.
